Grants

Our mission is to uplift, unify and provide an umbrella of support to arts organizations. Funding our creative community is a large portion of our mission. The High Point Arts Council is proud to offer multiple grant cycles to help sustain the arts. Our grantees include other arts nonprofits, schools and artists to ensure that the arts are accessible to everyone in the greater High Point area and beyond.

Basic Operating Grants

Grants are awarded once a year to arts nonprofit organizations to support the work they are doing in the greater High Point area.

Arts in Education Grants

Grants are available to public, charter and private schools serving the High Point area students in grades K-12.

Regional Artist Grants

Grants offered annually to residents of Alamance, Caswell, Guilford, Randolph and Rockingham countries to further their development as professional artists.

Grassroots Grants

Funding is available to nonprofit arts and design organizations that either offer the majority of their services to marginalized communities (BIPOC, people with disabilities, immigrants and refugees, LGTBQ+ community, etc).or have underrepresented leadership.

Facility Grants

A NEW grant programing launching this year that will award grantees an opportunity to present their performing art on stage at the High Point Arts Council.
