Cultivating the Arts in High Point since 1962.
For over sixty years the High Point Arts Council has funded, programmed, and advocated the arts in our community. As a non-profit organization, the mission of the Arts Council is to keep art alive, accessible, and advance the arts in our community. Located at historic Centennial Station in downtown High Point, the Arts Council serves as the cultural center for the arts in the area.
When you invest in the arts, you are aiding in increasing the quality of life for those in our community. The arts are not only an outlet for emotional expression, but also transform us closer to our true nature of joy. The arts creates jobs. generates business, drives tourism, and cultivates a vibrant sense of community. Any thriving city is made better thanks to a strong and sustainable arts scene. With your support, the High Point Arts Council strives to unite, uplift and provide an umbrella of support to the greater High Point area through a broad range of arts programs, funding opportunities, and advocacy.
The High Point Arts Council is proud to support the High Point Ballet, High Point Community Theater, Carousel Theater, The MindGroup, and The International Society of Furniture Designers. Together with these arts and design organizations, High Point Arts Council continually contributes to the quality of life where we live, work, and play.
