HP Arts Council Presents: Third Thursday Feat. Melvin Holland Quartet

Join the High Point Arts Council on April 18 as they celebrate Jazz Appreciation Month (JAM) with a special performance by the Melvin Holland Quartet for their April Third Thursday concert! This seated show will take place from 7:00-8:30 p.m. at the Centennial Station Arts Center in downtown High Point. Tickets are $5 per person and all proceeds go back to the performing artists.

Melvin Holland is an all around talented musician from Greensboro that has studied jazz through UNCG and has performed throughout the Triad with his various ensembles. Performing on Saxophone, Melvin will be accompanied by his backing group of musicians to create an evening full of wonderful jazz music at the Centennial Station Arts Center. This event will be one of many April events in High Point that will serve as a celebration for the nationally recognized Jazz Appreciation Month.

The Centennial Station bar will also be open for this event with great specials on wine and craft beer. The Centennial Station Arts Center is located at 121 S.
