August 5 @ 6:00 pm7:30 pm

Free

Join the High Point Arts Council on Sunday, August 5th at the High Point Library Plaza for the seventh concert of the 2018 Arts Splash concert series! This year, the High Point Arts Council is excited to have the Titus Gant Quartet for this special performance. The Titus Gant Quartet is a local favorite based out of the Triad, that never ceases to amaze crowds with their wonderful live jazz music. Titus Gant attended the acclaimed  North Carolina Central University Jazz Program where he had the privilege to study with Brian Horton, Joey Calderazzo, and Branford Marsalis.

This year’s series will feature eight concerts that are “splashed” throughout town at various locations. All concerts take place between 6:00-7:30 p.m. and are completely free to attend. This year’s lineup includes music from a wide variety of genres and will feature many local artists, as well as national and international artists.

Each Arts Splash concert is family friendly and open to all ages. Concert-goers are encouraged to bring lawn chairs, blankets, and picnic dinners. No alcoholic beverages are permitted at any of the concert locations. If there is a threat of rain, call 336-889-ARTS after 4:00 p.m. Sunday to get the latest update on the concert.
