Rental Rate

Includes tables, chairs, dinnerware, flatware, glassware, stemware, complimentary tea and water, and optional facility decor.

Pricing

All rates are for a 6-hour event that must end by midnight. Additional earlier time may be purchased at a rate of $200 per hour. Load-ins by caterers, DJs, and others may occur two hours before the event start time.

Payment Details

A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a date. Half of the balance of the contract is due 3 months prior to the event and the remaining balance is due 1 month prior to the event.
